Looking at your IST snorkel vests. My wife is 5'7", 113, very thin, I know these should fit snug, would the junior vest fit her better than adult M? How much ajustment is there in the vest. I'm 6', 200lbs with 35in waist.... i think L would work for me.

Answer	by Bill on 4/26/2012	Good questions, first off these have straps that adjust so I would go small for your wife and Large for you. These are Snorkeling vests meant to help you stay afloat but are not meant to take the place of a life vest. Hope this helps.

I am 81 yrs old and weigh 100 lbs. My waist is 34 inches. Am I better off with the IST LJ 200 or the LJ 100?
