My grandson is 3.5. Should the one size fits all Tusa Child Snorkeling Vest. work for a child the size of a normal 3.5 year old. Walter

Answer	by Bill on 5/13/2014	hello, if you mean 3 and 1/2 years old, these will be close but they are not made to be used as a personal flotation devise they are for children who swim. Hope this makes sense. Bill
