Car Antenna Dive Flag

We put this on the car it was cool to watch the flag go up.We went on the highway going 70 mph the flag flew off.We still have all the hardware but no flag.Not happy.This was a gift to a good friend.I would like to try a different one at no cost to me.Please let me know what can be done.
