Excellent and very useful product to extend the life (and size) of my ScubaPro BCD Glide 500. Very easy to attach to the BCD. Highly recommended.
Over the years, my Zeagle Stiletto has shrunk- along with my wetsuit and belts. This solved the problem and I don't need to purchase another BC.
It is a genius product in its price, simplicity and function.
After several years I noticed that my ScubaPro Glide Plus BC was shrinking around my tummy (funny, so was my wet suit, not quite sure why...). This extension. I'd previously tried another product however it wasn't wide enough to fit over the cummerbund, however this genuine ScubaPro piece fits perfectly, grips strongly, and appears to be well made.
Just the thing for the increasingly generously proportioned diver who wants to keep diving regardless of increasing girth.
August, 2012: Purchased the ScubaPro Cummerbund Extender to add a couple of inches to an old SeaQuest Pro QD BCD. The item arrived within 5 days after I ordered it online. It is made from as heavy duty material as my original BCD with very strongly gripping velco strips, both inside the pocket and out. It installed easily and works as advertised. Much better solution when adding a little length to the cummerbund than trying to rework the original one attached to the BCD.
