XS Scuba Brass 2nd Stage Quick Disconnect

If you have different Second Stage Regulators for different Rig Configurations and they are not always attached to your Low Pressure Hose, you might want to install a Quick-Disconnect (QD) fitting so you won't need to use a wrench. When you swap out Second Stage Regulators and are changing them out with a wrench any Repair Technician can tell you if it is not done correctly you can actually De-Tune your Regulator and not even know it!

on 8/29/2015 		I assume from the picture it is both male and female? Also I have a full face oceanreef neptune with its QD, want my regs to all be QD will this interchange with the oceanreef QD??

on 9/2/2015 		Here is my answer from XS Scuba: I am not sure about the answer to his question. I not sure about every fitting used in the scuba industry. He needs to find out if the male fitting on his FF mask is a std firing. If it is, then our QD assembly should fit fine. If it is something unusual or different, then I don’t think ours will work. I don’t know the part # of the item. You should be able to figure out if it contains both parts like the AC990 and AC992. Hope this helps, Thanks, Instructor Bill
