These purge covers are no different in functionality than the one's that come on the Scubapro second stage regulator. Their benefit comes below the surface in being able to identify the diver in front of you when everyone is wearing black. If you have kids with the same regulator then this helps make them somewhat different so they don't fight over regulators. For kids it's neat to be different. |
