Hi - I'm looking at the is item: "Dolphin Tech By IST DIN To Yoke Tank Valve Insert". Will this be OK for a HP tank (3400 psi)? And what exactly is the O-ring size for (the 'outside' / first stage side) this insert? Is it the 014 or the thicker 111 or 112? Thanks!!!
