What is the length of this fin? Aqua Lung Stratos Open-Heel Adjustable Diving Fin? and do you have one in stock in black?

Aqua Lung fin size for the Express adj and Stratos adj, their size chart reads sm 6-8 and r 9-11 but I wear size 8-9 shoes but I use a size 8 fin sock. which size should I choose?
